Aigesey (Taizhou) Machinery Co., Ltd.on the foundation of more than two decades of expertise, was incorporated in 2021. Across our workshop area covering 8,000 square meters, 3,000 square meters are newly added, where we operate dedicated production lines and supply chains for our clients.
All our manufacturing processes are conducted in compliance with the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system requirements. Boasting six machining production lines and maintaining strategic partnerships with blank suppliers, we deliver quality finished products, with each process undergoing rigorous inspection across 100-plus quality control procedures. With an annual production capacity of 600,000 finished camshafts, we currently supply standard OEM components to several domestic and international major engine manufacturers. With profound expertise in precision machining for various materials, we have established a stringent control system from raw material inspection to final product inspection. In particular, we implement "thorough inspection" of critical characteristics to ensure zero-defect delivery!Equipped with comprehensive testing facilities, we ensure to deliver quality products. Our technical team is committed to "efficient delivery, precision design, and full-process control". With specialized expertise and an efficient system, we deliver prototypes within 2 weeks. We respond to client needs within 24 hours, and provide solutions within 7 days. Through our digitalized management system, we offer full life-cycle services to our clients. Clients can get our responses within 30 minutes and technical solutions within 12 hours.
